WORLD CAMP
  • For bookings made more than 14 days prior to the tour start date, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
  • For bookings made within 14 days of the tour start date, full (100%) payment is required.

Client-Initiated Cancellations
  • More than 7 business days before the tour: 90% of the paid amount will be refunded (10% retained as an administrative fee).
  • Less than 7 business days before the tour: 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
  • Less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund will be issued.
1. Tours Lasting Up to 4 Days
  • For bookings made more than 30 days prior to the tour start date, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
  • For bookings made within 30 days of the tour start date, full (100%) payment is required.

Client-Initiated Cancellations
  • More than 14 business days before the tour: 90% of the paid amount will be refunded (10% retained as an administrative fee).
  • Less than 14 business days before the tour: 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
  • Less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund will be issued.
2. Tours Lasting More Than 4 Days
If a tour is canceled by the provider due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, seismic activity, insufficient group size, third-party interference):
  • Before the tour begins: A full refund will be issued, or an alternative tour may be offered on different dates.
  • During the tour: A partial refund will be issued only for the portion of the tour not delivered. For example, if your tour includes whale shark snorkeling and this part is canceled, only that portion will be refunded. Hotel stays, transfers, and agent booking fees are non-refundable.

Flights
World Camp is not responsible for flights. Although we may assist in booking flights, air transportation is not a service we directly provide. In the event of flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, or inability to join a tour, all issues must be resolved with the airline. We do not issue refunds for flights under any circumstances, whether the cancellation is client-initiated or provider-related.

Gift Certificates
  • Gift certificates are non-refundable. Certificates with open dates are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
3. All Tours — Force Majeure and Provider Cancellations
  • Refund request review period: Up to 5 business days from the date of your request.
  • Refund disbursement period: Up to 14 business days from the approval date.
All payments and refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). The applicable exchange rate will be determined as of the payment or refund request date.
